J.B. Arborcare has been caring for – and planting – trees in North East Somerset and North-West Wiltshire for many decades.
We’re proud to be associated with the Wiltshire Wildlife Trust’s Widbrook Wood on the River Avon, which we helped establish on our family land, and are well-known and trusted in the area for our commitment to professional tree surgery and the conservation of the region’s arboreal heritage.
We’re experts when it comes to the regulations pertaining to trees in the many designated local conservation areas, and trees under Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs) in our local urban and rural areas. We fully support the Bath & North-East Somerset (BANES) Council’s initiative to double tree and woodland cover by 2050.
With skill and experience (including a stint in the USA) our top-tier team carry out safe, compliant and knowledgeable tree surgery, hedgework and stump grinding to a high standard.
We prioritise the long-term health of trees over unnecessary removal wherever possible, operate with proper certification and insurance when we do have to fell or prune a tree, and communicate transparently with clients at all times.
We provide a comprehensive range of professional tree care services, from routine pruning and shaping of individual garden trees to stump grinding and the safe removal of hazardous or diseased trees. Whatever the size or nature of the job, we bring the same professional approach, attention to detail and commitment to safety.
We also offer a responsive emergency tree service for situations where a tree, large branch or root system presents a risk to people, property or critical infrastructure. When urgent action is required, you can rely on us to respond quickly and professionally.
Our hedge maintenance services help keep your hedges healthy, well-shaped and looking their best, with regular trimming and care tailored to your requirements.
For projects that require a little extra support, we also offer a selection of specialist equipment for hire, including a tracked woodchipper, cherry picker and narrow-access multi-purpose loader.
We work with a wide range of customers, including private homeowners, landlords, public sector organisations, property developers, builders, facilities managers and local businesses. Whether you need a single tree professionally maintained or ongoing support across a larger site, we’re here to provide the expertise, equipment and practical solutions you need.
When you engage J.B. Arborcare to work on your property you can trust us to implement our unique quality assurance policy – it’s our own pledge to meet only the highest possible standards of safety, professionalism, regulatory compliance, environmental responsibility and customer collaboration and care.
We take this pledge seriously from the initial consultation with you to setting out a detailed plan for the works and progress reports, through to after-service feedback to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
We offer free no-obligation quotations for all tree or hedgework, and always strive to exceed your expectations by delivering exceptional service, punctually and promptly, with no hidden charges.
We’re pleased to say we seem to have succeeded in sticking to our pledge, as is evidenced by the growing list of glowing reviews we receive from happy customers, and the amount of work we receive through word-of-mouth recommendations.
